Our Process

2020
Step 1 – Initial Meeting with Dylan

During this initial meeting we get to know about you and your lifestyle needs. Tell us your hopes, ideas and thoughts. We take this time to ensure we understand not only your budget, but all of your needs.

Step 2 – Select Home Site

Some of our clients have already inquired a home site while other’s choose their own. We can also assist you in locating the perfect home site based on factors including location, home site size, price point and school district.

Step 3 – Choose a House Plan

Pick one of our plans or create your own. We help design and can go over all of your final selections for your floor plans.

Step 4 – Selection of Interior & Exterior Finishes

We will give you a list of our preferred vendors and product literature to choose from

Step 5 – Create Budget & Complete Contract
  • We outline all house specifications based on your needs and wants
  • We work with you to develop and to keep you on your budget
  •  After a price is agreed upon, our licensed realtor will write up a final contract
Step 6 – Pricing & Financing

Once we agree upon a final price, we have preferred lenders that we will refer you too. We can also assist you with construction to permanent loans. Mednick Construction offers a turn key process.

Step 7 – Construction of Your Home
  • Dylan will have a consistent job site presence to make sure the home construction is going smoothly
  • Seamless communication between our client and all parties makes for a beautiful home
  • All site plans and permits are done by Mednick Construction
Step 9 – Warranty Period Begins
  • A list of all trades contact information will be given to the buyers for future needs
  • A one year walkthrough will be conducted by Dylan and all matters will be addressed
